Same Day Wash & Fold orders should be dropped off before 11:00 AM.
What is the turnaround for Next Day service?
The standard Next Day option is designed for pickup on the following day. Same Day is available for qualifying orders received before the cutoff.
What laundry products do you use?
Laundry Lounge uses quality detergents and softeners. Tide is available as an upgrade for an additional $0.10 per pound.
Can clothing be returned on hangers?
Yes. Hangers are available for $0.10 each for appropriate items you want returned hanging.
How much are comforters and bulky items?
Bulky-item pricing is Twin $15, Full $25, Queen $25, and King $35. Down-filled items are an additional $5.
Are comforters charged by the pound?
No. Bulky items such as comforters use separate per-item pricing rather than the standard per-pound rate.
